With over 15 years of experience in implementing and delivering compliance services within community sporting environments, Karen is dedicated to providing exceptional results that consistently exceed expectations.
Her expertise as an accredited MPIO is complemented by specialised training in safeguarding, complaints handling, discrimination, and harassment, allowing her to offer valuable safeguarding advice to sporting organisations.
Karen's active involvement in the football (soccer) community, both in administrative roles and as a senior coach, brings a practical and insightful perspective to her work. Her background in Human Resources and Administration Management further enhances her ability to address the complex needs of sporting associations and provide robust sporting associations support.
